MEATLOCKER SEVEN-CORRODE-ind.CD release-Wow! This Canadian brutal death/thrash outfit knocked me on my keister! In a world of Cannibal Corpse/Suffocation wannabees, this CD is a refreshing affair and will get you moshing in a heart beat! Fans of Dark Angel/early Demolition Hammer should investigate and check them out. Kill!!! -"Metal" Mark Parry Neckbreaker Online 'Zine MEATLOCKER SEVEN are from northamerican Canada are concerned as the "most vicious band from the west". If you look at their Death/Grind-hammering I can understand this very good. They are near "Kataklysm". On their gigs they "don't let any wall stand and no bones unbroken". -Andreas OHRENTOETER magazine Hexenhaus online e-zine GermanyMEATLOCKER SEVEN : CORRODE (CD, Independent, 1998) (Vesa) Sounds like thrash metal from the beginning of the 90's. Obituary was the first band that came to my mind even though this is much harsher. This is pretty good and listenable. All the songs doesn't sound the same and the songs ain't too long. Dark synths in the end of "Ground Level Sleep" are cool. -Vesa Swedish Metal Inquisition Webzine http://www.satan.nu
