Artist description We are collection of raggle-taggle gypsies who stopped in Tacoma for a little while, not because it is in anyway attractive or interesting but because we found a convenient shack on The Rez where we could put together a few tunes. We write half our songs, the other half are traditional, on some of these, as you may notice, we change the lyrics and make them ours.

Musical Influences The Clancys, The Dubliners, the Pogues, some wandering Jews and Russians and Norweigans we met here and there.

Artist History Newly formed in '98, when the great ship H.S.G.M. (Helter Skipper and the Gilligan Mansons for ye who don't know yer pirates) dashed against the rocks and sank. We are the remaining fragments, stuck on a dismal rock somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic ocean. Luckily some of our instuments survived the Great Flood. We were also very fortunate to have figured out how to make rum out of coconut so that we could still play drinking songs sincerely.
