Artist description estis p@rc combines thick, spacey guitars, driving drums, and playful keyboards with Magdelyn's melodic, sultry vocals. estis p@rc draws from styles from diverse musical backgrounds, including groups like My Bloody Valentine and Starflyer 59, to Nirvana and Depeche Mode, to create a sound that can only be described as "fringe-rock!"

Artist History estis p@rc was started in April of 1998, by Steven Dahl, as a "just for fun" affair. He found some close friends and family in Jared Ostrander and Magdelyn Waggoner, and played some local gigs, with a very positive response. Soon afterwards they cut their first indie project, "Sometimes Not." After sending it to Cornerstone Festival they were selected to perform on the New Band Showcase, which led to their current record deal with Puddlegum Communications. With Puddlegum they recently recorded their sophmore release and national debut album "And So It Begins"
