Artist History
It all started in 1987 with a Casio HT6000 Keyboard. Motivated by his favourite musicians like Jean Michel Jarre and Kraftwerk he experimented with sounds, melodies and rhythm. In 1988 he finished his first song (electronica-style). From 1988 to 1991 he bought more equipment (i.e. a Korg Wavestation and an Atari ST with the Notator software) and became more experienced. In 1992 he founded a mobile discotheque and produced Demotapes (Grunge, Funkrock) for the local band called "Wayward". In the same year he met the keyboardist from "Invincible Spirit" (Independent Charthit "Push", Europe Tour with Sven Väth as opener) and founded with him a record studio one year later. In cooperation with the "Count Zero" guitarist and the Kreator bassist they produced EBM and Industrial under the name "Axiom". The biggest success was a release (the song was called "Calling In My Dreams") on a "Celtic Circle"-Sampler in 1994. Next to Axiom they produced the EBM-Band "La Curse". Also in 1994 they changed their style to Techno/Trance and produced tracks for DJs (i.e. DJ King'O who plays on the famous Mayday and DJ Smart). In 1995 they released the track "Trip To Mekka" (Projectname Soylent Green) on Street Heat/Hyper Hype and found themself on a sampler between Yves Deruyter and Marusha. One year later the studio was sold and from this point in time they went their own ways. After a break he founded "Deformed Mind" and produced the album "From Beyond The Time" in 1997. Two Years later it was published on mp3.com and became very popular (#1 and Top10 Hits). Motivated by the big success the second album "The 3rd Planet" was released in summer 1999 and was successful too . After another break "Deformed Mind" is back in 2001 |
