Artist History *AM Stereo played it's first show in September 1998. Salem, MA based Intelligent Records released our first self-titled ep in 2000 and our first full-length cd "Suffocation Town" in 2001. ESPN2 licensed four of our songs for use in the ESPN2 program X2DAY. In May 2001, we were invited to compete in the WBCN Rock and Roll Rumble, advancing to the semi-finals, and in the process won cash, free recording time and lots of other prizes. In October 2001 we were invited to, and performed at, the Halifax Pop Explosion, a three-day music festival in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Press Reviews *AM Stereo has a boisterous, often celebratory sloppiness thrown over a sturdy pop framework that made me think of two legendary bands.
