Artist History
Synchromesh is the brain child of Red Tiger. He has performed as a back up musician for nationally recognized artists Norton Buffalo, Ron Thompson and the Resistors, BB Walker and the Roadsters, and grammy award winning gospel singer Ashley Cleveland to name a few. As a very young man he performed with many local bay area Jazz artists in jam sessions such as Richie Cole, Martin Fierro (Grateful Dead,Zero and Merle Saunders,) the late Flip Nunez, Noel Jewkes and many of Elvin Bishop's former up back up musicians. Big Deal I guess if you're a bay area hippie or some such thing. He aways tries to use the best drummers and percussionists available and rarely uses the drum machine. Synchromesh is all about using midi and sampling technology while also maintaining an appreciation and reliance on "live" performance technique. Synchromesh is committed to using and exploring "new" sounds as well as capturing the fluidity and energy that only comes with live performance. |
