    Artist History
The members of Humanology, each from different areas of the U.S., with different musical influences, converged on Atlanta, separately, but all with the same goal: To find other musicians . . .
    Group Members
At the center of the band’s original sound are the lyrical intricacies and musical craftsmanship of lead singer Elad. After years of solo acoustic performing in coffeehouses and bars around the country, Elad, originally from the western U.S. ended up in the south. “I came to Atlanta not intending to stay, but I wanted to put a band together, and there are so many great musicians down here. Doing the solo thing is great’” explains Elad introspectively, “but as a song writer, I believe the depth to which I can communicate my ideas and feelings is enhanced by an ensemble of musicians.”Guitar phenom Mark Dunn a Virginia Beach transplant, came to Atlanta after touring the U.S. performing the songs of Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin with local symphony orchestras from around the country. Mark weaves a phat tapestry of intrigue, texture, guts and soul into every song.Drummer, Doug Perry, who grew up in rural Vermont, started playing in bands at the age of ten. He arrived in Atlanta in 1998 and quickly joined Humanology. His aggressive style of drumming adds the powerful rock edge to the band’s unique sound .Joining Doug in the groove department is bass player and Georgia native, Eric Harrison. A roots rocker at heart, Eric, helps establish a solid foundation of rhythmic low-end melodic power and punch.
