Artist description
Every once in a while a new breed of MC emerges and reigns on hip-hop for a year or two. Eternal Life is about to be the frontrunner of that new breed, and stay on top for a decade or two. With 7 years on his belt and counting, not to mention 18 years of listening and studying this culture of hip-hop, E.L. knows his stuff and is never afraid to test the masses. |
|
Music Style
Regardless of the beat, Eternal Life has crafted his style of rhyme flow to always be on point. With a smooth, charismatic pattern to his wordplay, E.L. usually electrifies the audiences ears with what he says, and also how he says it. Reminicent of a cross between: Jigga on vol.1, Nas in his Illmatic days, a twist of Pun, & a sprinkle of Redman. |

Artist History
When a Run DMC tape was placed in his hands as a youngbuck, there was no turning back. With his older cousin, Loopz, always freestylin' around the crew, E.L. decided to make his own mark. Using his own mix of verbal poison E.L. picked up a pen and let it all hang out. In '97 he was entering open mics all over Philly, and winning! By '99 Eternal Life built himself a throne made of mics that enemies once held against him. Also in '99 E.L. took on Morad-PLO as his protege' and collaborated with Soul Arc Entertainment, a local, up and coming label from the same area. The rest is yet to be told. |

Additional Info
Once battled Eminem in the parking lot of the Electric Factory during the Lyricist LoungeTour stop in Philly. Em's lawyer, Paul Rosenberg videotaped the battle where Eternal Life left Em mumblin', yet refuses to give up the tape. Ain't that some shit? |
