Artist History
The Decline is a punk band that started on September 9th '99. The members are Shane Ardell (Bass, Vocals) Andy McKee (Guitar, Vocals) and Gary Pilipovich (Drums). Shane has been in many punk bands before this one. I actually think that he has been in just about every band I can think of. He played guitar in some of them and now he currently sings and plays bass for the Decline. Andy was in a band called Whipl@$H for awhile and played guitar for them. He ended up droping out because he didn't care for the music at the time. Andy now currently sings backup and plays guitar for us. He says "I joined the bad ass band the decline and im having the best time ever". Gary has played the drums in many other bands as well. He plays just about every style of music and now currently enjoys Punk drumming. He has had many opportunities in the past to drum for other bands and has not yet done so. We like to play all kinds of Punk music and play shows frequently. We all had been in bands before and like to be heard. |

Press Reviews
They had a lot of energy and they got the crowd into the music. They were very compatible with each other. After only one month of practicing together they played originals and performed covers without a hitch. "When you play punk/ska you have to just get a groove and stay with it and don't go lolligagging like some heavy metal dude." |
