Artist description Celtic styled folk - I love it! My music probably sounds crude, like it's been done on a Home PC with cheap equipment.. That's because it HAS been. ~laughing softly~ But it's the spirit of it that counts.. I mean, I don't have the best equipment or the best guitar, and my voice isn't the greatest. And lord knows the penny whistle isn't the most expensive instrument (except the Low D. ~LOL~), BUT I'm doing what I love, and I just pray I do it well! ~smiles~ Enjoy!

Musical Influences Ahh, well.. I grew up with Peter, Paul, and Mary, I love listening to (and playing) the Eagles' music, the Clancy Brothers, The Chieftains... I could go on forever

Similar Artists The Clancy Brothers or The Chieftains, probably, but to be honest, I don't really "sound like" them, we're just in the same Genre (they at the top, and myself at the rocky bottom *wink*)

Artist History Music has always been a big part of my life. I started playing trumpet when I was just a young lad inHigh School, and it went from there. I took a Strings class my Senior year, and was fortunate enoughto actually be accepted (due to the high number of people wanting to join, classes were VERY limited)I've been playing guitar for two years now, and very recently (6/2000) got into actually performingtraditional Irish and Scottish music, but I must admit it's been a great joy this short time, andI hope it will continue to be, as well. ~smile~
