Artist History
Barry Sahagian, TJ Thompson and Peter Ollman, the musicians got together with Jig Gresser, director of the Catamount Art Center in St. Johnsbury, Vermont. During the winter of 2000 they agreed to work together to present an uncompromised level of jazz concerts to the center on an indefinite bimonthly series. Some of the music that has so far been performed there has truly been inspirational and players have come from as far as Boston and Burlington Vermont to perform. On April 30 David Leibman performed, one of the most notorious and talented sax players alive who has played and toured with many of the jazz greats including Miles Davis. |
