Artist description 1000 vertical ft. is a four piece ensemble from Chicago that has taken their base knowlegde of many musical styles and morphed them into their own modern sound. Drawing from a variety of influences, the verticals take an experimental approach to jazz, punk, metal, funk, trip-hop, Latin and country music. Their live performances focus on improv jams.
