Artist History I have been playing now for 11 years, since the age of 14 when I put down my violin to pick up an old acoustic guitar in my moms closet. I was hooked! Did the Rock/Heavy Metal thing in high school playing in garage bands. Once I got out of high school, my musical taste changed a little. That's when I started playing country. I played with a Christian Country band by the name of Southern Chapel. We had 2 top ten songs on the christian charts.That gave us the opportunity to play at the 1995 CCMA award show with other artists such as Brian White, Marty Raybon (of Shenendoah), Paul Overstreet, Jeff & Sheri Easter,and others. About 2 years ago the road became too much, trying to start a family and all. I quit the band, and started concentrating on getting into the studio scene. I have recorded approximately 60 projects in the past year and a half. I've decided that the studio scene is much better for me and my family than the road. (Plus is pays a lot more!) So now I just workfor the local studios, and play in the church band and have recently started experimenting with Jazz. Life is great!
