Artist History James Pressler attended the University of Southern California from 1962-1965, and was a Music Theory major with a minor in Organ Performance. These compositions were usually class assignments made by his theory and composition teacher, Robert Linn, whose helpful guidelines and feedback are remembered with gratitude to this day.
