Artist History
Formed in the mid 1980's as Crossfire, the band played locally sometimes up to 5 nights per week. In the late 80's the boys toured the northern midwest United States going as far west as South Dakota. After a brief breakup, the band was reunited and made a name change to Copperhead Road. However, the elusive 'break' never came for these guys and they parted ways in 1990. These songs are from their album that was cut in June of 1990 - shortly before their split. There is talk more recently of several members getting back together and possibly returning to the studio to cut some new material. Stay posted for more news on that. |
