GARY HARRIS - musician/actor/composer. Gary is based in Seoul, South Korea and performs in a variety of settings with his own group, "Gary Harris and Company", as well as with the top echelon of native Korean musicians. Gary performs in a myriad of musical settings; from "Korean MTV-like" videos, international jazz festivals, and the primary jazz spots throughout the country. In addition to his work as a composer/musician, Gary is also a well-known actor in Korean movies and television. |

Gary Harris has established himself as one of the most in-demand entertainers and musicians in Korea. Entering the main terminal of the Seoul airport, travellers are met by Gary's picture on billboards advertising one of the latest projects he has been involved in. This project presents some of Gary's contemporary originals and is aptly titled, "Funky 'G' Saxman!" The CD sold 7,000 copies in two days upon release! |
