Artist History
Jacque and Debra have been singing together as a duo since they were little girls and their professional experience speaks for itself. They have entertained audiences on the Donny and Marie show and toured with the Osmonds throughout the Eastern United States. Together they were the first members inducted into the Youth Country Music Hall of Fame. They have also performed on a Grande Ole Opry television special, hosted by Barbara Mandrell and at Opryland USA Theme Park in Nashville. Jacque and Debra have performed with many country artists such as Trisha Yearwood, Mark Collie and Sarah Evans to name a few.In 1985-1989 the sisters were associated with the legendary folk group known as the New Christy Minstrels. The group has been the starting ground for many entertainers such as, John Denver, Kim Carnes, and Kenny Rogers. They have toured extensively with the Christy's performing with the Detroit, San Antonio, Cincinatti and Garland, TX Symphonies, as well as several Columbia Artists tours throughout the United States.Internationally SUGARhouse has entertained dignitaries and U.S. troops on USO tours in Central America, Asia, Diego Garcia and for Operation Desert Storm. |
