Artist History
Serpenterium was fromed in April of 1996 by Arnaldo Acevedo (guitar, vocals) and Luis Acevedo (drums). They first called the band Malignacy and Reinaldo Ramos joined as bass player. It was a death/black metal style , but then they changed the name to Serpenterium after Jose Pagan joined the band as guitarist. Later Reinaldo left the band and Elliott Rodriguez entered to play bass. At this time we wanted to incorporate keyboards to our music so Elliott then opted to play keyboards, and Victor Rodriguez entered as bass player. The incorporation of the keyboards made the music more brutal and myterious and the style changed to melodic black metal. Then Victor left the band and Javier Pagan entered as bass player. Now, after so many line-up changes, the band is stronger than ever and ready to take our music to the next level. |
