Artist History
Michelle Rivera is a twenty-three year old phenomenal singer/songwriter/performer from Moorpark,California. She was born in the Bronx, New York and moved to Southern California at the age of five. Michelle has been singing ever since she was a very young child. At age seventeen, Michelle won first place at the Star Power Nationals in Anaheim, California for her rendition of "Memory" from the Broadway musical "CATS". She then went on to the Star Power Grand National Championships in Las Vegas, Nevada and took first place there for her performance of "On My Own" from the Broadway musical "Les Miserables". Michelle was accepted and attended the Boston Conservatory of Music in Boston Mass. Michelle completed her first C.D. entitled "Are You Ready". The CD has recieved such positive critical reviews because of Michelle's stunning vocal renditions. Her live singing and interpretation of the songs are far superior to the studio recording. She gives such total heart-felt, awe-inspiring performance at every show, that she captures and mesmerizes the crowd, drawing them completely in her world. To those that have seen her live shows, Michelle is an obvious star. She now pursues her goal of becoming a solo artist. |
