Press Reviews
Review by Folie (http://www.mp3.com/folie): Impressive anger ! I have friends who would kill for that drumpattern. I listened to your "Sheep on the stairs" and I must say that I was impressed. I liked the drums. They were agressive but still very "logical and sane". Some of the melodies made me think of an old computergame going berzerk in the livingroom (or something). You have an original style and attitude that might get you far.Review by Lowtax (Webmaster of SomethingAwful): You seem to have an unhealthy fascination with resonance and filter sweeps. Some of the LFOs really cut through the mix and wreck shit up. It's wayyyy too freestyle for me. There's nothing linking the songs together or making them coherent. In most electronic music there's at least a steady beat / rhythm, but that's not even here. It sounds just like experimental stuff. If that's what you're going for then you've acheived it, but experimental isn't really my cup of tea so you should probably disregard my comments. You really need to compress those drums. |
