Artist History It started by 1993/94... hummmm.... it doesn´t really matter, does it? Ok, I write something, but I must say my english is the poorest!!!! Since 93, we had some members changes: At first, Ack was a power trio, with Fabio (bass/vocals), Apae (guitars) and Bruno Nhoca (drums)!! The problem was that Apae was a Extreems' Nuno Bitencourt fan, so he was kicked out! By the same time, Sad (myself) and Johnny were invited to the guitars, we accepted, and this line up standed for a week, when Bruno left the band... So, we called a marcian who had just falled in Earth, Gustavo!! So, Fabio, Sad, Johnny e Gustavo recorded two demotapes and starded the recordings of our first Cd, in 97, but now, was johnny who quit, he didn´t want the success!!! you think he´s punk right?? No, actually he´s lazy...!!!! So, kindim joined the band and we finished the recordings, but when we thought that finaly a line up would last, Gustavo disapeared,(i think his marcian friends came and picked him back home), and Joao Henrique assumed the sticks (OH oH)!! Well, as always, Jõao stayed for a time, but he realized he didn´t have enough time for punk rock, so left the band! Now, after a couple of months we finaly hae a new drummer, Pedro Paulo, or PP!! Maybe NOW, we´re a happy family!

Press Reviews This Brasilian punk rock outfit has been tearing up Rio de Janeiro since 1993. They claim their influences as 80's punk and hardcore, citing such examples as the Adolescents, Dag Nasty, and Descendents. Those influences are clearly visible on this CD, in addition to the melodic, fast paced sound of new school punk. I find them to be similar to the Rivets to some degree, possibly what can be called the Brasilian punk sound. Melodic, yet slightly rough vocals, and old fashioned melodies that reminded me of Pulley for a second. Don't mistake this for the emo/punk movement. This is far more Epitaph style. In fact, I'd like to see this band on the Epitaph label. Why? This CD has a great atmosphere to it, great attitude, and well written songs. It needs that polished, professional touch that Epitaph would give it. This CD is available at MP3.com for six bucks, so you should definitely look into it, if you like the Rivets or any 80's influenced punk.
