Artist History Sailor Bob is 64 years old. He lives at Atlantic Beach and is an all around pleasent person with mental illness. Back in 1989 it snowed in Jacksonville, Florida causing a major reaction inside Bob's brain. Bob had always thought it would never snow in Florida and now his nightmares had caught up with him, releasing his schizophrenia. In May 2000 Sailor Bob was told he had a Brain Tumor.
