Artist description
“Psycho Symphonic Pot Rock” (si-ko sim-fon-ic pot rok)
n. v.i., v.t.,
1. a genre of music built from; love, life, experimentation, frustration, and years of marathon jams.
2. A combination of blues, psychedelic rock, modern rock, with a hint of funk.
3. That which pertains to the sounds of Novar Road.
Novar Road have been crafting their self described “Psycho Symphonic Pot Rock” sound since 1992. Combining the psychedelic sounds of years past with classic blues and a hint of funk, the band has successfully compressed the heady sounds and journeys of 60’s trips into modern, manageable radio-friendly rides. Like a roller-coaster without the line up, Novar Road cuts through the crap to deliver a punishing ride, leaving the listener laughing, crying, puking, and begging for more.
