| Artist description With funk, rock, pop, jazz, punk, and lots of other stuff Jupiter Effect has something for almost everyone. "This band has one of the most original sounds to come out in a very long time." (The New Citizen) This dynamic three piece from Spokane, Washington serves up a bracing and fresh musical stew. With surreal soundscapes, punching rhythms, and haunting, pointed lyrics, from pop, rock, funk, jazz, fusion, ska and many other styles, Jupiter Effect is finding a sound different from anything that currently exsists. Tight vocal harmonies, inspiring musical change ups and a love for many different musical styles make Jupiter Effect a band worth checking out. Jupiter Effect consists of Dan McElfish, vocals, guitar, keyboards. Derek Neu, drums, vocals and Armando Arguello bass, vocals. After forming a band called Longview Dan and Derek decided to start the Jupiter Effect after finding Armando (formerly from Old Tale). The three instantly clicked. With a sound all their own this trio has been playing local clubs around the Spokane Washington area, such as Bommerang's and Mootsy's. Jupiter Effect has recently completed a full length CD release. Contact:Phone 509-927-2606 Cell 509-701-0333
