Artist History HOBO was formed in 1999 when guitarist Clive Pearsall had written about 5 blues/rock songs that needed vocals, he had played in various bands with drummer/vocalist Dean Cook (Dean's Ten & Machine Boy projects also on MP3.COM) when Dean heard the tracks he was knocked out ! and immediately asked Clive if he could write some lyrics and lay down some vocals for the new tracks, Clive agreed and the first seeds of HOBO were born. The next thing the duo did was complete and put out their debut EP which is available here titled "Thinking Out Loud". A four tracker which opens with the wonderfull middle of the road bluesy title track, the EP includes ballads and a couple of more uptempo rockers. Clive and Dean then asked Coventry based bass player Paul Cooper to join the fold, the band are now working on a new live set, the threesome are also currently putting the finishing touches to the debut album, which will be finished in August 2000.
