Artist History
The band was first officially talked about on May 1, 1998. Ron and Paul were hanging out at a local bar when Jim walked in and found out they were running a tab at the bar (just like hitting the lotto). Ron wanted to start playing again, but Paul had just gone into semi-retirement from 120 gigs a year with the local wedding/all occasion band Revelation. Paul had previously heard Jim play a little bit after a card game as well as heard Jim's death metal rendition of 'My Heart will go on' (aka -- the dude should have floated on the piano lid). Paul said he would start playing again if Jim joined the band. Tim was then added after Paul went trick-or-treating for beers that fall and found out his neigbor played bass (1 of 524 hobbies that Tim has). After playing covers for about a year, Jim started writing songs once again (his previous project was an all original band: Jus'Teasin -- 10 years ago). Paul began cowriting the songs resulting in the music now available on this site. |
