Artist description
Proz And Conz is a group of 6 emcees and 1 DJ from Portland, Oregon. They wish to express the positive and negative influences they see in everyday life through their music. Another goal they have with their music is to create a vibe which listeners can relate to, no matter how they feel at the current time. Therefore, Proz And Conz albums have a variety of emotions expressed in them. Some songs are summertime cuts that you can ride to, some are dark, angry songs you can listen to when you aren't in the best mood, some are club songs you can dance to, and some just make you think. All in all, Proz And Conz are a force to be wreckoned with lyrically and musically. |

Artist History
Proz And Conz started in 1994 as a hobby for 3 of the members, DVS, Oddyseus and LOS. In 1997-98 a few more members joined including Nemesis, KP, Sokratez and Uziah. In late 1998-99 the group started and completed their first album, Posanegavybe, and sold a large number of copies in Portland alone. Afterward, Sokratez and Uziah left the group to persue other channels, while the rest of the group began work on their second album. In late 1999, Gemini joined the group and Proz And Conz began to furiously work to complete their second album. In mid 2000, they completed their second album, titled Life I Lead, and are currently in promoting it as much as possible. |
