Artist History
Ethereal music sculptures Legacy Code are the brainchild of Adam Zuniga, whose ambient compositions can be described as a combination of film score, ambient, urban, and electronica. Balancing a unique blend of accessible melodies and driving rhythms, he’s not afraid to challenge the boundaries of traditional and modern music. Legacy Code’s sound is a crossover blend of the music that influenced Adam Zuniga during early classical training, and the ambient, electronica, and urban sounds that have impacted him most. The songs captivate the listener with chilled-out and mellow electronic music, and driving rhythmic explorations into accessible cinematic themes. "The cinematic mood of the music is intentional," he explains. "And the song has to contain three elements for me: First, it has to tell a story, even in the absence of lyrics. Second, it has to feel as though it is taking you somewhere. Third, it has to be deeply personal." The deeply personal aspect of Legacy Code's music is especially evident in songs like the mood-inducing, "Passion for Life," and the driving ambience of "Glowing Embers." |

Press Reviews
Read what others are saying about Legacy Code: "Orchestrating synths like a symphony, Legacy Code creates moody landscapes of glossy, droning chords and spritely melodies. Gentle rhythms weave their way through the layers of electronic sound more to give structure than a dance beat.- Marc K. of Listen.com __ "... In my opinion one of the best on MP3.com." -- Best Unsigned Bands in the U.S. Station __ "This guy's mother should be proud. Legacy Code makes the BEST ambient that I have ever heard! I'm not exaggerating! I think he's better than the almighty Aphex Twin! Seriously! Glowing Embers demonstrates his great work. Just listen to it. Even if you hate ambient, you'll like this, trust me!
