    Artist History
John Inman hit the instrumental guitar scene in 1999 with his debut modeous eclectic. The DiMeola/Johnson/Vai/Schon inspired disc has done reasonably well for an indie artist with reviewers and fans abroad. Inman programmed, produced, and performed everything on the damn thing. John and his band the john inman netwerk played throughout the remainder of '99 and through 2000 sharing billing with the likes of Gary Hoey, and Dream Theater. January 2002 will bring to frution John's sophomore disc skiesWIDEopen. The new album showcases a broad spectrum of talent in varying players from track to track, as well as John's ever growing inspiration in Jazz and Fusion. The title says it all on this recording, due to the varying styles explored ranging from Progressive and Pop Rock, to Fusion, to Smooth and Latin Jazz.

    Press Reviews
"Inman more than fits the bill for the 90's electric guitar aficianado"- ROBERT SILVERSTEIN/20TH CENTURY GUITAR MAGAZINE "Pure ear candy. Inman's playing is very melodic, aimed at the hummable quality of the music more than just it's speed. Great instrumental music from a gifted composer/musician/guitarist"-EARBUZZ.COM "I chose "Modeous eclectic" as a top 5 independent release of 1999"-RANDY ALLAR, WCSB RADIO, CLEVELAND"John Inman is exactly the sort of artist I am drawn to: progressive/Fusion instrumentalist with some unique ideas. John's guitar really comes through in this high energy mix. He says that Frank Gambale is an influence and it shows. This is my first exposure to John, but I plan to listen to a lot more of his songs!" - JAZZ FUSION CENTRAL/MP3.com
