Artist History Co-founded the Hooters, had hits in the US and Australia, toured those countries until he dropped. Stopped having hits in the US, started having hits in Germany and Scandinavia (plus Fifteen Minutes of Top Of The Pops in the UK), toured Over There until he agreed with the Germans that, yes, pork is a vegetable. In between worked a lot with Cyndi Lauper, Sophie B Hawkins, The Band, then wrote One Of Us in '94. Recorded it with Joan Osborne the next day (played the guitars and inaudible Wurlitzer piano, also sang background), got the Grammy Nomination, lost, must have come in second. Still a Hooter in some fashion, bread and butter mostly writing and producing for "other artists" (Billie Meyers, Ricky Martin, Robbie Williams, Amanda Marshall, etc.). Just can't leave well enough alone. "A Very Dull Boy" is album #2.o

Group Members Himself playing guitars, bass, singing, and attempting to drum. The Optimist has various guests, A Very Dull boy, a it was recorded in a barn in Northern Sweden on a Powerbook, does not.
