Artist History Alexandra´s first intentions were playing piano and guitar, but later she discovered her passion for the drumset.After studying musicology at University of Cologne she studied at Drummers Institute in Düsseldorf (1997) and at Drummers Collective in New York City (1998). Alexandra has worked with various artists and bands: Rafael de Alcalá, Rodrigo Tobar, La fiesta, Maipú, Alex Oriental Experience, Eli Goulart, Ana Bonfim, Luizinho Vieira and Sigo Lorfeo. Apart from being a drummer, she is also very active in the music production/composing area, doing keyboard programming, graphics and artwork and she also gives drum lessons.Alexandra founded her own band "Garcia Orchestra" last year. In her music she connects elements of various musical styles.
