Artist History
Originally going by the name Paris, Xplicit was formed in 1988. The lineup then included Mike Cargill on vocals, Todd Keller on guitar, Dave Frankwicz on bass and Tim Heeley on drums. Mike and Todd wrote most of the songs including some real fan favorites like; I Don't Love You, But I Want To Have Sex With You, La De Da, Too Late, Baby I'm Yours, Gimme Gimme Gimme, Second Glances and others. Mike pursued an acting career and was replaced by Reggie Willis on vocals. The booking agent at Kennedy's in St. Louis said Xplicit had "the best vocals I have ever heard in the club" in reference to Reggie. What a complement. Check it out for yourself.Todd Keller has moved on to a music career of his own. You can listen to his newest Mutt Lange influenced single, "Girls Rule" at www.toddkeller.com |
