Artist History Formed in 1990 in Olympia, WA as a rock and roll fundamentalist three-chord religion that always has been and always will be, the Church of Rock and Roll are all ordained ministers in The Universal Life Church, and have even performed wedding and funeral services in conjunction with their performances. The church moved to the High Rocky mountains in 1993, and even built their own building to house their services. .
