Press Reviews
Table Nine- It's All In The Hips (by: Sean Rhorer) Not since Pork Pie Tribe has Southwest Florida turned out such a great ska band. With organ driven rhythms, horn powered leads, and great vocals, Table Nine unquestionably have their stuff together. The best part about this demo, which intentionally has somewhat poor quality recording, is that these guys are tight and well organized. When I hear local ska bands they usually have a good part here and a well written lead there, but never have the song writing abilities possessed to make for great dancing music. Table Nine has it. |
