Artist History
Realities taking root in the dream-like fantasies of aspiring future musicians is where the journey begins. A mixture of various backgrounds, musical influences and real-life experiences is the vehicle that takes us there. Traveling through a plethora of levels and events, bending and winding leaving most confused yet elevated until finally dropping you off on the doorstep of the world known as Red Tape Poetry.
Comprised physically of four members: Jeremy Scott - Lead Singer/Rhythm Guitars, Brian Small (a.k.a Biggie) - Bass, Jason Eason - drums, and Brian Steinmann (a.k.a. Steimy) - Lead Guitar. This selective rock band creates a sound that the rock genre will appreciate greatly. Creating music that not only real people relate to, Red Tape Poetry will take you by the hand and show you the world as they live it and in peeking into this reality it will bring you closer to realizing the true light that shines bright on Red Tape Poetry.
Red Tape Poetry has a goal to sing about what they know about. Jeremy Scott says "We don't want to portray we know something when we don't. We write songs everyone can relate to. We write them in such a way they stick in your head and bring you out of a gloomy day". These 4 artists have many years of experience performing and put on the best live show you have ever seen. Red Tape Poetry has the strongest work ethic of any band you will ever come across and are willing to go the extra mile just so that one person may hear one of their songs and it might change that person’s life. This band is for the masses and will go down in history as icons for the new millennium. So come on, embrace the sounds of Red Tape Poetry. We bet you can’t just listen to them once. |
