Artist description
With musical backgrounds stretching from jazz to classical, showtune to pop, Tinmen are a trio that create music from the soul. There's no sugary need to cover up what the world is all about and how the heart can be won just as easily as it can be broken. |

Artist History
In existence for over ten years, Tinmen was borne by Keith Gillard. Adding new members as old ones left, by 1991 the roster included Geoffrey Shellard on vocals and returning member Jason McKenzie on guitars. Since then, the influence of Tinmen has seen the techno-pop culture of Vancouver evolve. Various projects have at least one meber of Tinmen attached to them, such as the jazz/trip hop sounds of Fidgital, the techno-pop moodiness of Prometheus, and others. |
