Artist description
Mother Mary Cyanide is not a band, but rather a project. A band has many members and plays out in clubs. Mother Mary Cyanide is composed of 2 musicians, writing and recording music "doing it themselves." What turns out is honest and complicated, and honestly complicated sounds whether harsh or soft, to provoke thoughts and emotions. We aren't "dark and disturbed" and we haven't jumped on the rap metal cock-rock train either. Music is our very own truth. |
|
Music Style
There are no boundaries on the music we create. Music is a pallette of colors, why use the same colors? |

Artist History
Mother Mary Cyanide has gone through many changes since its original set-up. Adam Kozak had a vision, but others around him didn't see it nor did they understand it. But by writing with his friend, Justin Bard, the 2 connected and the writing process for once became fun. What turned out was "The Stupid High School Bullshit Demos," a 4-track tape that is now obsolete (thank god). Still doing it themselves, Mother Mary Cyanide has another 6 song demo in the brinks entitled "Not For Human Consumption." Even if Mother Mary Cyanide doesn't get picked up by millions of people, it will go on in one shape or form, because its a craft. |
