Artist History Check out karenheart.com and purchase her limited edition CD prior to it's official release in early spring 2003 and receive a free poster. Also check out the 1998 release of original material. That project led to an opportunity to work with another independent record label and with talented professional songwriters. The songwriting process, while extremely difficult has brought personal growth and change. Since then, she has completed her second CD which is available now in limited quantities until it's official release in March. Karen has traveled throughout the Northeastern United States and in Southern California performing her music. She studied voice, piano and guitar, both privately and at Point Loma University in San Diego, California. A very special lady from Riverside, California sent Karen a card after listening to Different Eyes. She said, "I heard a lot in your songs, I heard sincerity, love for your God, warmth, passion, confidence and so much more." It is Karen's hope and prayer that everyone who listens to her music will be touched by God in a special way and will know more clearly His purpose and His plan. As she grows in her understanding of His purpose for her own life, her lyrics reflect that growth and change.
