Artist History
Temple Of Eternity is a Dutch Thrash-/Deathmetalband.
We've been playing together since november 1998, but all
of the members have played in other bands before. Primarily, we play our own
material. We've been influenced by bands as: (the old-) Paradise Lost, Sepultura, Amorphis and Slayer.
About October 1999, our first EP 'ICED' has been released. On
this, you can find the tracks: 'Iced', 'Solace', and 'Daylight Begone'.
We had ICED recorded at OFF THE WALL SOUND studio's in Vrouwenparochie,
the Netherlands. It was engineered by Harry 'braadslee' van der Wal,
who did a terrific job by recording it very well in just two days! The guest
vocals on Daylight Begone are from Linda de Glee.
In August 2000, we had recorded our next EP 'VISIONS OF THE
BLIND' in the same studio. This album contains 5 new tracks: 'Visions Of
The Blind', 'Deep', 'Echoes', 'Donor' and 'Barefoot And Goldielocks'.
Our style hasn't changed that much, though the new album sounds more thrashy
than 'ICED', also because we've used an acoustic drumkit this time. This
EP has been released in December 2000.
Our third EP will be released in 2002, it will contain heavier and faster material.
4 Tracks will be recorded. |
