Artist description "Mysta" has been a pseudonym for "Mark Reid" for as long as either of them can remember. Late at night, when all is quiet, strange noises can often be heard eminating from Mark's computer. Sounds that are originally guitars, vocal snippets, drums, glasses, etc get manipulated by Mysta and carefully massaged into a glistening chunk of moving air.

Artist History Mark started playing around with computer generated sound way back around 1983, the days of the Vic-20 (remember those?). He was totally blown away by several of the trackers that were available on the Amiga in the early '90s (OctaMed springs to mind). Around the same time he took an interest in guitar and has been playing electric, acoustic and classical guitar ever since. Finally, around 1999 Mark was able to bring the two together on his bedroom PC and while away many an hour exploring weird and wonderful sounds. Hope you like it.
