Artist History
Vertigogo started as a collaboration between Kenneth Lyle, Rick Deak and Bryan Patrick. With each musician boasting many years of experience in the business, it seems the three found writing infectious rock songs was something they were destined to do.Lyle’s low, sensual vocals are reminiscent of Bowie and Bono, but most eerily invoke a comparison to the tragic Michael Hutchence. On stand out tracks like "Curve" and "Real," Lyle’s vocals are as powerful as the moody instrumentation in creating the dark tone.Lyle’s vocal style is complimented by Deak’s experimental, effects heavy guitar work and Bryan Patrick’s polished, structured fret work. This intertwining guitar attack is most notably present on the irresistible "Pop Cherry." |
