Artist History The House of Representatives is a ongoing project designed and created by Dean Rogers and Anthony Kollar. This project consist of some of the greatest musicians from the underground. Dean and Tony have used the most talented musicians to complete these projects. Past projects include CD's Budget Cuts, Buget Reforms, Buget Taxes, Buget Expansion, Buget Trends, Buget Wars, and Buget Peace. Dean Rogers and Anthony Kollar have been on the cutting edge of music since the mid 80's. Together they created the sounds that is popular today such as Rap/Rock, Industrial, House, Neocustic. Created the first independent MPEG video. Now the latest project includes a double DVD of both live and studio recordings including comedy and speacial guest stars.
