Based on their extensive Internet success, the Amazon Mollies were featured in the recently published, Idiots Guide to Internet Music, which also included a CD compilation of MP3 singles. Another trio, they were all wearing matching dresses, these '60's mini-dresses,fishnets and go-go boots, and in the bassist's case, a feather boa. All three members of the band sang(versatility is cool) and they had a little easel set up with the names of all of the band's songs on it. The songtitles were the best: "Toast Sweat", "That Time of the Month", "Dork Tattoo" - a song about someone youjust can't get rid of: "It's like having a big ol' dork tattoo". I had a chance to talk to them after the show andthey were all so nice! They told me that they'd been out to see a lot of the NXNE bands, and had gotten shinsplints from walking so much. They reminded me a little of Cub. I absolutely bought their CD."
