Artist History The INQuisition was formed in 1996 when two friends who shared a mutual respect for hip-hop decided to make the music that they loved. After rhyming together, polishing their skills, and battling kids for more than 4 years, they decided to put their material down. This is the result. Hailing from South Orange, NJ, home to such other artists as the Fugees, Alej (Prounounced Ahl-ee, All Lyrics Equal Jenius), and Illah Cat bring lyricism to the forefront.
