Artist History
Aunt Connie wrote the words and music for a Christmas song, expressing her happy experiences and feelings of this fabulous season! She invited the boys and her husband to sing it. They went into a recording studio, and the song came out pretty darn cute, and now they have a CD single. Merry Christmas! |

Press Reviews
If you want to hear a song that paints a nineties Norman Rockwell portrait of an American Christmas, you must hear Connie Zimmermann's What I Love about Christmas. If you are someone who loves egg-nog and mistletoe and anxiety-mixed-with-eager-anticipation as you make all of those holiday preparations, these joyful lyrics will stir your long-slumbering Christmas spirit. If this song doesn't deserve to streak to the top of the Christmas charts in middle America, then I've never heard one. I like the easy, laid back, "making Christmas decorations 'round the kitchen table" sensibility of this record. I like the way this family--The Jingle Janglers--transformed their love into a beautiful family Christmas offering. As someone who appreciates the joy of Christmas, I like how Connie Zimmermann chose to express and share her personal joy.
An unpretentiously inspiring little anthem, this is the kind of music that I search for each year to renew my faith in the true beauty of the Christmas season. ... www.christmasreviews.com
