Artist description Bored with most modern musical offerings, Ann Arbor based singer/guitarist Juliet is setting out to introduce the world to her self-stylized brand of 'Medieval Pop.' Attracted to the spotlight since birth, Juliet is trained in classical and contemporary vocal styles, as well as classical and folk guitar. Her musical direction was changed forever when she heard the music of Miranda Sex Garden; it is they--along with acts such as Mediaeval Baebes, Faith and the Muse, Megumi Hayashibara, My Little Lover, and The Bangles--that have been influential to her music and songwriting. Add to this mix a charismatic stage persona and songs which pack an honest, emotional edge, and you have a unique musical experience which cannot be easily forgotten.
