Artist description Threatend Hope is a hardcore band from Santa Barbara, Ca. The band started in 1986 and broke up in 1993 when original guitarist Chris Flippin's other band, Lagwagon, got signed to Fat Wreck Chords. The band regrouped in 1999 when one time T.H. bassist Kurt "Kutty" Russell got wild hair and called up original T.H. drummer Raul Lopez. The two recruited lead guitarist Marty Musch, and when original singer Eric Herman saw that Marty "could possibly fill [Chris] Flippin's rather large shoes (size 13+),", they were off and running. After learning and relearning about 10 songs, Threatend Hope then recruited Pete Gardner to complete the lineup for the twin guitar assualt.
