Artist History Rich has been playing music with various groups throughout California for the last fifteen years. He first picked up the guitar at age twelve, and his mother had a hard time getting him to pick up his school books as a result. His style is derived through intense immersion in whatever has grabbed his attention. "I'll find some thing that intrigues me musically, and pick it apart and absorb the bits that appeal to me most." Rich recently relocated back to his native Los Angeles to pursue music on a level that he felt wasn't possible in Northern California. He adds, "Besides, they put tofu in the mexican food up there. That's just wrong."
