Artist History Phil was blessed with the opportunity to perform at Country Thunder 2000 in Southern Wisconsin. There he played in the VIP tent all four days whenever there wasn't a major act on the main stage. It was those performances that led to Phil signing a co-publishing deal and ultimately landed him a record deal with Midland Production. He has recently completed recording his debut CD "Just Hangin' Out" that features 12 great country songs (9 by Phil and his wife Linda). Recorded in Nashville with some of the best pickers in town and mastered at the famous East Iris Studios, this CD is a must to add to your country collection. A single will be released to radio this spring. If all goes well it will be distributed this summer to music stores. It can be purchased currently online at his official web site and the 1st 1000 CD's sold will be personally autographed by Phil.
