Artist description
Based in Haleiwa, HI on the surf-blessed North Shore of O'ahu 32 year old Thaddeus Camp has been writing melodic electronic music for nearly 10 years. The work is inspired by a variety of composers and groups such as Carter Burwell, Tangerine Dream, Dead Can Dance, Shostakovich, Tool and J M Jarre, indebted to all of them while not sounding like any of them. In addition to writing electronic music Thad has scored 10 plays for theater, released one album under the name 'Partikle' with Dan Serrini and done some work for television. Misentropic is a solo project with all material written, performed, mastered, and mixed by Thad in his Hawaii-based studio. ˇ |
